Rules and Regulations

Use of the services of Sant'Agostino B&B is determined by the rules listed below.

Arrival and Departure

Guests can take the room from 1.00 PM to 6.00 PM. Upon arrival, guests are required to present a valid ID, so they can be registered according to current laws. The data will be processed in accordance with the confidentiality obligations regulated by Law no. 675 of 31/12/1996.

The room must be vacated by 10.00 AM. Guests who permanently leave the B&B must make arrangements in advance with the owner for the return of the keys.

Evening return

Guests are given a set of keys that allow access to the B&B at any given time.

Payment methods

Upon receiving our confirmation e-mail, a deposit equal to the total amount of one night stay must be advanced within 24 hours. The remainder must be paid on the day of check-in.

Terms of cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the day of arrival.

If the cancellation is done 30 to 15 days prior to the date of arrival, a cancellation fee of 40% of the advance will be charged.

If the cancellation is done 15 to 7 days prior to the date of arrival, a cancellation fee of 60% of the advance will be charged.

If the cancellation is not communicated in due time the deposit will be retained and it could be used as a deposit for a new stay within the next 12 months.

Norms of coexistence

Guests at the B&B are required to comply with the usual norms of civil coexistence, avoiding disturbing noises and a loud tone of voice.

Smoking is not allowed at the B & B, both in the rooms and in common places. It's also forbidden to cook and using the microwave is only permitted to heat drinks and ready-made meals.

In the event of having specific needs (for example, playing a musical instrument and needing to exercise), the owner of the B&B should be notified.
