Rates at Sant'Agostino B&B
The regular prices for the rooms are as follows:
- Single room: 60,00 euro
- Double room: 90,00 euro.
However, these prices vary in coincidence with special events taking place in Milan.
In coincidence with the events listed in the table below (for 2021), the prices are as follows:
- Single room: 90,00 euro
- Double room: 140,00 euro.

On the occasion of the International Furniture Fair (Fiera del Mobile), held from 04 to 10 September 2021, the prices are as follows:
- Single room: 150,00 euro
- Double room: 200,00 euro.
In coincidence with the minor events listed in the table below (for 2021), the prices are as follows:
- Single room: 70,00 euro
- Double room: 110,00 euro
- Triple room: 120,00 euro
- Double room use as single: 90,00 euro
- Single room use as double: 80,00 euro

All prices are expressed in Euros, VAT included. Stay tax charged by the City of Milan must be added.

Changes in use of the rooms
You can add a bed in a double room upon request, use double as a single room, or use a single as a double room.
Prices of the rooms according with the changes of use, given in periods, are indicated below.
Regular days
- Double room with extra bed: 100,00
- Double room, used as single: 75,00
- Single room, use as double: 70,00
Special events (excluding Furniture Fair)
- Double room with extra bed: 140,00
- Double room, used as single: 110,00
- Single room, use as double: 100,00
Furniture Fair
- Double room with extra bed: 220,00
- Double room, used as single: 170,00
- Single room, use as double: 160,00
